The slim case has been solid, but the camera protector is total crap and a waste of $20. It broke after I dropped the phone one time. And you would think they would gladly replace a cheap piece of plastic for free, but no, all they offered me was a $10 discount. Just trying to sell me more crap. While the case has been solid, this poor customer service left a bad taste in my mouth. UPDATE: Based on the response to this review, I just want to clarify to people that this is a $0.25 piece of plastic that they upsell for $20 when you buy their case. I already spent $80 on the case, which is very high IMO for what it is, despite it fitting nicely and working well. The case should already cover the camera. When you pay for a premium product, you should get nothing but premium support. The upsell for the camera protector was a petty money grab. And when it turned out to be the piece of crap plastic that it is, they tried another petty money grab.

Perfect case for the iPhone 18 Pro. The only clear case I have found that fits properly and has the perfect amount of grip. Highly recommended.

I bought the wrong size thinking that were the correct size for 2 different phones. Customer service was just awesome. I got a message that I’d hear back the next day as it was after hours. Before I went to bed I had received an email that remedied my problem. I love the earth friendly packaging on the products- I try to buy as little plastic refuse/packaging as possible. WOW. What a great company! Great amazing customer service in this day of bots and circular conversations that go nowhere! Thanks again

Dropguys iphone case is a quality product with a super amount of drop protection. In addition, the company's customer service is very responsive.

I accidentally ordered the wrong size phone case and didn’t realize it until I’d opened both packages, including the free screen protector. The case itself is awesome and exactly what I’d hoped for, so I was kicking myself over the mistake. I contacted Dropguys, and Khamille responded so quickly and was so kind that I was honestly floored. Even though the mistake was entirely mine, they arranged a replacement in the correct size and told me I could give the original items to someone else instead of returning them. I already have the replacement order confirmation, and someone is going to be very happy with the freebies! Thank you, Khamille and the Dropguys team. You made my day. Five stars for the product, the kindness, and making my little screwup so easy to fix!

I saw the rating for this company in the New York Times ratings of cell phone cases. I have used Otterbox for years, and on my last phone, the back glass cracked in an Otterbox, which didn't allow any trade-in. With my new phone, I wanted to see what options I had and found DropGuys. I will not go back. The clear case showcases my Glacier Blue iPhone 18 pro max! love it
