Easy booking experience
Made a request at 1, left my stuff on the curb, added pictures and had everything picked up my 5:30. Great and quick service, booking was easy.

Umm that was too EZ
This is the first time I hired someone else to haul something for me and it couldn’t have been easier and seamless and quick! The price was much lower than competitors in my area. The booking process was online and up front. Seems like they just have flat fees on a bunch of categories. So you just pick and choose what you need taken and checkout. And if you book before a certain time the pick up would be same day. And to give you an idea of how quick this process was, I filled out the form around 9:30 am and even before I finalized I was greeted and helped by their customer service person Jack. I didn’t finalize yet because I wanted to make sure I was able to bring the sofa set downstairs by myself first which took like 10-15 min. Then when I got the ok from HOA and finalized payment it was around 10 am. I was shocked when I was immediately paired with a hauler and got a time slot. 10:30 to 11… yep. I thought I misread that. Were they talking about tomorrow? NO 10:30 as in in 30 min buddy. Sure enough they were here within the time slot. Jack texted me to confirm if the sofa in the parking spot was it. I texted back yes. They packed it up sent more confirmation pics back. And that was it. Ez breezy. This service is also nice because you just set it and forget it. With others you have to possibly wait all day for them to get to you to just get an estimate. You already paid so you can go do errands. I didn’t get to do my errands because they got here so quickly! 5/5 service.
