Easy set up and satisfied with the pick up

Great pricing. Pleasant staff. There were multiple delays in the arrival but job was completed the day it was scheduled. Delays shouldn't effect customer too much because you don't need to be present when they come. Good communication. Easy booking. Very quick response time.

Everything went really smooth with the actual pickup. Communication around scheduling the pickup could have been better because I did not hear back for the first few days until the day before pickup. Once I heard back and was told the company is working to find a nonprofit to organize pickup then I felt at ease knowing it was in progress.

A little concerning that the pick up vendor was only one woman for a large refrigerator. Not sure how she would have placed fridge in truck if I had not been home to help. Dropcurb service was easy, convenient and did a great job keeping me updated as to the status. Would recommend !
