This company will give you a website and they will answer all your questions. Unfortunately, the answers are far from reality, even after sending screenshots of my FB ads, they were incapable of helping me get sales from the products they said they researched & were incapable of pivoting and trying something, revising the products, etc. So you will have a Shopify store, but no sales after burning your budget on FB ads.

This is a one-time service where we build a high-converting Shopify store and provide the framework (instructions and guidance) for success. It is important to note that this package does not include our Ads Management or "Hands Off" services, where our experts actively manage and scale advertising on a client’s behalf.
While we provide lifetime support, advice, and guidance, we cannot be held responsible for advertising results or "pivoting" strategies for accounts we do not manage. Our insight is limited to the information clients choose to share with us; we cannot control how clients manage their ad campaigns or whether they follow our instructions, as we do not have access to their ad accounts. We have seen cases where instructions aren't followed or campaigns aren't even launched - it is important to maintain realistic expectations.
Given the circumstances, we do believe a 1-star review is a bit of an exaggeration in this case.

100% honest review about Dropbuild
I recently purchased Dropbuild's dropshipping package for a niche store to get my store up and running, and I gotta say, I'm impressed.
First off, they really know their stuff. They did all the legwork in finding hot products in my niche, saving me a ton of time and guesswork. They designed me a professional store that you can only expect from top-notch web design agencies, and I've worked with a few of them (Not sure why they don't charge more).
The advertising instructions are simple to follow and straight to the point, and the video ads are converting like crazy (the click-through-rate is almost 5%, which is insanely good in today's market).
The website has perfectly captured the vibe I was looking for.
Even after the store was up and running, they were more than willing to answer all my questions and guide me in the right direction, so their lifetime support is golden.
Got 7 sales in the first week even though I didn't expect any in the initial period, which I'm happy with.
Bottom line: If you're looking to start your dropshipping store and want a team that's got your back every step of the way, you can't go wrong with Dropbuild. I highly recommend their services!

I had a poor experience with Dropbuild
I had a poor experience with Dropbuild. First for the positives: the website they built for me was nice. However, they promise that they will provide continued support after the website is built. This is true to a point, but for certain services they try to charge more. Also, their instructions for meta ads are less than clear and somewhat confusing. I ended up wasting thousands of dollars on this (cost of building the website + the money wasted on ads. I recommend against using Dropbuild unless you already know how to use meta ads.

As you can see from their history, they like to argue with people that say they do a bad job. Their recommendations on running ads was confusing. If that isn’t part of the service they provide they shouldn’t offer any assistance on that issue. Instead, they provided an outdated video to watch and try to figure out the ads by yourself. This is a far cry from the lifetime support advertised on their website, which states in the FAQ: “Dropbuild doesn't charge any other fees apart from a one-time payment when you order a package from our website. The other fees you may have are a Shopify monthly subscription of $32, and a domain name registration of $12 per year.” Also, they claim that their product is suitable for beginners, when Meta ads are not entry level at all. The idea that I was not responsive to their questions is ridiculous. I gave them my meta login so they could look for themselves at whatever they needed to look at!

We would like to clarify our support offerings. Our lifetime support covers addressing questions and providing guidance for any questions related to your store, advertising, or dropshipping. It's important to note that running and managing ad campaigns on your behalf does not fall under "support" and is not included in our packages.
We understand that it would be awesome to pay someone a one-time fee of $599 to build an entire business for you and manage it on your behalf while you keep all the profits. However, it's important to be realistic; something like that doesn't exist, and we are pretty transparent about our services (every service we offer is mentioned on our website). We aim to equip our clients with the entire store ready to make sales, tested products, marketing materials, and guidance so that they can effectively run their business and advertisements. Store and ad management are responsibilities that fall on our clients as they keep all the profits.
You have requested a complete audit of your Ad Account four times, which is a service we don't offer and don't charge for. However, we provided it three times to help you get started and informed you that this isn’t something we offer as part of our package. If you would like our team to keep analyzing your ads and make changes on your behalf, there will be a fee of $129. Alternatively, you could share screenshots of metrics, and we can analyze them at no cost (you weren't interested in this option). We also mentioned that if you're considering fully outsourcing your marketing efforts, you might find it beneficial to hire a marketing agency that provides such services for a monthly fee.
Each time we conducted an audit, we provided a thorough review with detailed instructions, written recommendations, identification of mistakes, and screenshots. However, ongoing ad audits for free are not feasible as they are outside the scope of "support" services.
Regarding instructions, we provided step-by-step video instructions on setting up your Facebook Business page, Pixel, Ad account, and your ads, and we also guided you through the entire process step-by-step.
