I ordered from 2 companies in July one was korean glowy who said they had sent the parcel and gave me a tracking number it said delivered Royal Mail told me it was not my nane and address it went to, have sent several emails. The other company was Korean Cosmetics but it had another Pro something or other they said they had shipped and the showed it went to Belfast in Ireland I am in England i sent several emails again and 2 of the times they sent a reply asking for info (the same info as if it is a bog standard reply) I have read other reviews stating theres had gone to Belfast i think this may be std shipping address to send to It defo a scam, now i wouldn't order Dr Melexin from anywhere. SkinCu on the other hand is briliiant, have been looking at Smooch but it looks like they re-ship every 28 days so its subscription which i don't want to do until i have tried somwthing and it works.

Auto subscribed me for a product. Terrible practice. I will never buy from them again, and recommend others be very careful.

Worst company ever to deal with will not reply to any of my emails. I've been trying to return this product. It took forever to get in the mail first off. Placed My order august twenty fourth and did not receive until september seventh. And now they will not respond to me to return the product. I wish I had seen these other reviews first

I have just received my eye cream and I am not disappointed, I honestly was so reluctant to buy it ,but it is actually an amazing product ,if in doubt don't be I genuinely have no bags under my eyes and mines are puffy and purple ,,,so happy

This is the worse product I’ve ever put on my face, it made my skin feel horrible, tight, suffocated, sore and like I’d rubbed it with sandpaper and made me very, very spotty a day or 2 after - will certainly not buy this product again. Calcium B12 spicule serum

Do not order from This company ,I ordered back in July ,never received my order ,I contacted customer server and they send me an email saying it was in transit ,still have not received the order ,none responds your emails ,what at scam!

BUYER BEWARE. I would NOT recommend ordering from this company. I placed an order for two kits on August 5 for $162, and I never received my order. The package was lost during shipping, and instead of helping resolve the issue, their customer service has been practically nonexistent. I have contacted them at least five times. They responded only once, and the response was completely unhelpful. I followed up again and received nothing. I have now been emailing repeatedly asking for a refund for an order I NEVER RECEIVED, and they continue to ignore me. At this point, they have my $162, I have no products, and apparently I’m expected to just accept that. This is absolutely unacceptable customer service. A legitimate company should not make customers chase them down for a refund when an order is lost and never delivered. BUYER BEWARE. I would NOT recommend ordering from this company. If something goes wrong with your shipment, good luck getting anyone to respond or getting your money back.

This product has seemingly got rid of loads of my wrinkles in a matter of weeks !! Amazing !!!
