I'm beginning to see some improvement either way the dark circles under my eyes.

DON'T BOTHER.🤬 Would give zero stars if available. Ordered but never received anything apart from the original confirmation email. Despite chasing, no response received, so I got a refund via my bank. Complete waste of time despite all the TikTok hype.

Order from website direct!!! I have placed two orders this year, in total Iv had three of their bundles. Delivered quickly both times within a week of ordering, delivered by Royal Mail. My second order I used a discount code that worked and also was sent the two free items as advertised in the bundle. Love all of the products in the bundles expect the dark spot eye cream… it’s very chalky and doesn’t have a nice finish. The peel shot products are amazing! The calcium eye patches are really good for reducing bags under the eye, the calcium stick makes my face feel really hydrated I understand people are ordering from TikTok.. stop… you get the same bundles and same discounts and freebies direct from the website and it makes it all much smoother

I am loving this set of products! I am using them from thinnest to thickest; but unsure when to add the larger purple products. Can't wait to continue to see great results.

About first-time buyer discounts, I had a concern and I noticed their Policies and procedures are tricky and unfair to customers. No considerations at all. I was disappointed when I was trickily not allowed to use the first time buyer's discount ad a first time buyer when I raised a concern. I ordered and received the items on time. But I can't really comment of the products work. Its been 2 weeks now, absolutely no change on my face.

Ordered 3 months ago and it hasn't arrived. I have emailed multiple times to get a refund and they are refusing and not answering me . Highly disappointed , waste of money . DO NOT BUY

I've been using Dr Melaxin's eyephalt cream, do not waste your money! It did absolutely nothing but the worst part is I've been trying to cancel for months with no luck so I keep getting it! I've emailed customer service many times because when you try to manage the subscription, you can't! I can't even take my card off the file....it automatically enrolls you in a subscription program that you can't get out of! PLEASE DON'T BUY THIS PTOCUCT! I hope others have had better luck than me!
