I have an issue with getting the product delivered due to the fact that they did not pay for postage. The shipping notice said I needed to reach out to the sender, which I did…several weeks ago. The customer service agent told me they would look into the issue and get back to me. They never got back to me and never responded to my emails requesting an update or a refund. I ordered directly from their website. Total waste of money that I doubt I’ll get refunded.

DO NOT order from this company! They sent me the wrong product and they are refusing to help me because I used Shop Pay to pay for my order. They are claiming that I didn't use their website, when Shop pay is just a way to organize your purchase of the order. They were indignant about helping me and were extremely nasty when I actually did go through their website to purchase the product. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. Don't believe the hype. Your money is better spent on Medicube products. They are actually nice and helpful with their CUSTOMER service.

This product does not peel. The bits that form are from the product drying and forming pieces. Tested on a plastic bag and apparently that had dead skin too lol. Don't believe the hype, it doesn't work

A big boo for dr melaxin products! I placed an order, it showed that it was a trio of products for just over 65$ they are a between 21 and 25 each on amazon so thinking a couple dollar savings, I purchased. Only two products came so I proceeded to talk to there customer service sending multiple pics of the purchasing advertisement. There response was basically too bad, so sad with warmest regards…. In using the product that I purchased( rice glow shot ampoules). They did absolutely nothing to my skin, zero change!

Like others, you may never get your order and order inquiries will be completely ignored. I am now going to have to dispute the charge with my credit card company as the company has had my money for almost a month and ignored 4 different order inquiries. I cannot attest to the quality of their products because I never received them but I can tell you that customer service is horrendous. Stay away from this company.

I only gave this a one star in order to warn others. This product does not work. These people are scamming you!

Received a product that doesn't work. No response from company. Taking your money and running. DO NOT PURCHASE unless you want to throw money away.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! took my money but ship me nothing I made my purchase a got a confirmation for the order. For 2 weeks my order was unfullfilled, payment was processed. I reach out to customer service multiple times, there's no response. Don't risk buying anything from this company
