I love the Dr Livingood products. All supplements are high quality, easy to take and I feel a difference using these instead of the less expensive ones sold at the local grocery store. The silver serum lotion is amazing. It goes on smooth not greasy and makes a difference you can see. The app is also amazing I use it every day for helpful encouraging videos, easy workouts and great recipes. The food scanner is also amazing.

I got Dr Livingood's book. After reading it I joined on Crew 9 and have been with them ever since. I learn more every crew. I'm not perfect but I try to implement as much of what he shares as I can. I use his Omegas and Vitamin D along with the magnesium, moringa and the apple cider vinegar. My husband uses the multiple vitamins also.

I have read both of his books and really agree with his outlook on health. I have been going to a chiropractor for years and I believe that their philosophy on health is right on. After watching Dr. Livingood's videos, I get so inspired and end up watching the next one and the next one and get a good understanding of how our bodies require quality care/proactive nurturing. I have learned so much and trust his recommendations on supplements. I'm an autoship member so I receive several (7 and sometimes more) products monthly. My wife is joining me in this health journey and I will be ordering supplements to address her needs. I figure that the money spent on the supplements will result in less doctor bills and more importantly a healthier body!
