We recently had an issue reported to us that the carriers who deliver our packages were using duplicated or recycled tracking numbers causing packages that were shipped to the correct addresses to show as if they were being shipped to wrong addresses for some orders and it sounds like your order may have been one affected by this issue. We offer to purchase our products at a discounted subscription pricing which we do send email notifications for before we send those to you or you are welcome to purchase on our online store at full price as well but we do not offer samples at this time.
