It's a scam
I ordered and paid for an ebook and never got it. I have sent various emails without any reply. When I commented on their facebook page about my outsoutstanding order, I was blocked and all my comments removed. This is a scam. I would not recommend anyone to do business ess with them if this is how they treat customers. After your reply on my review, I was asked some detail. Yet, nothing has happened. No reply on my email, nor the ebook I ordered. It seems that all that happens is you give a nice sounding reply but you are not at all willing or committed to REALLY resolving any matter. That is also very clear with most of the reviews I've seen here on this platform. The fact that you don't give me the book I paid for, is a clear sign that you whole objective is to take people's money without any inclination of giving them what you paid for. In my country we call that stealing!

Was going to get the book but baulked…
Was going to buy the book but baulked at the credit card details for a free book and read the reviews instead. I don't mind paying postage, but this high percentage of bad reviews from those not wanting a subscription but paying for one indicates a problem. Also, don't claim the book is free if it is in fact i$8 for postage, even the digital download copy that you refuse to comment on. Me and the world are sick of this kind if behaviour. If you want customers, be up front and trustworthy from the start or you are not worthy of our business.

This is a Facebook and Amazon scam!! They over charge for email links, and keep sending sales emails that fill up your inbox. I tried getting a refund for a book I purchased but never received. They wouldn't give it. Don't fall for this modern day medicine man's show.

I made the mistake of ordering 1 free…
I made the mistake of ordering 1 free book ...I paid 8.80 and was charged twice for shipping and can't find where to get a refund .

This company will do anything it can to…
This company will do anything it can to avoid reimbursing for a defective product. I ordered 3 bottles of Omegas +Tumeric. They sent the 3 bottles + a bottle of Cholesterol Support and charged me $161.77. I opened 1 bottle of the Omega and found there was NO SEAL and the capsules inside were all stuck together. I immediately emailed the company and requested a refund before leaving on vacation. No luck in an email exchange today. Only credit for more of their products. So goes Mr. LIVINGOOD...at my/our expense. Disgusting!

Violating FTC’s click-to-cancel rule
CLEARLY violating new FTC click-to-cancel rule. Hidden and deceptive subscription language. Difficult to cancel. Change your business practices now or hopefully people start reporting you to reportfraud[dot]ftc[dot]gov

Customer support is terrible. Fix your support. Don't reply to this with something that has nothing to do with my review. I noticed you reply to people's complaints but don't address the issue.

I paid shiping on 2 free books ..last…
I paid shiping on 2 free books ..last one a month ago app.And today October 10,2024 I was chareged 27 dollars on my card ... For what? I didnt order anything or autherise anyone to take money off my card.I need somone to respond to this because I dont know were to contact anyone. I didnt go online and order anything. So why was I charged?
