Here is an idea for all you haters. Maybe read and take the nutrition information facts that Dr. Livingood is providing , bc they are facts , then do some research before you purchase things on line that you are putting in your body as there are plenty of reviews and plenty of other places to purchase the supplements to make an intelligent choice as a consumer . Then maybe spend your efforts trying to get your money back from all of the scamming food companies out there that are literally killing you and your family just an idea.

I have had the BEST EXPERIENCE with Dr Livingood. I read the free book having paid shipping costs. I love Dr Livingood’s Greens powder and also use several of his capsule supplements. I’m very grateful for all his teaching videos on youtube! Thank you Dr Livingood and Nurse Livingood!

The book is well worth the shipping cost. There are popups but you are never forced to get anything but the book which is full of useful information, recipes and a workbook to track your 21 days. A majority of the negative comments on here are from people who want something for nothing or couldn't follow instructions on the screen. Do yourself a favor and get the book. You and your loved ones will be glad you did. However, if you're not willing to change, don't bother ordering the book and remain sitting in your chair, eating unhealthy and relying on our medical system to keep you alive. Peace out.

I don’t understand some of these reviews. Nobody is forcing you to buy anything do your research and decide for yourself. I got the book and it had a lot of useful information. I use the collagen powder and the greens for my smoothies. I also take supplements but I buy some cheaper at the store. The liver cleanse worked great and I feel much better. Yes he is making money it’s his job how he supports his family like we all do. You have to be intelligent enough to look aside all the marketing. Try what you want, if it works great, if it does not don’t buy again. Pretty simple.

I can’t relate to a lot of these reviews. I got the book free and paid shipping. I didn’t have issues with the site. Yes there were pop ups to order more but I didn’t select them to buy more and had no issues with only selecting the book. I finally got through all my other books and got to this one. I just finished and am starting the 21 day challenge. I used to count macros and just wanted to see what the days come out to with three plan. I am a little skeptical because already the days are much higher calories than I would normally eat. And the breakfast meal alone today was 45g of fat which I would normally eat in a whole day. I will give it a week and see how it goes but it feels like way too many calories for my body and the program doesn’t tailor down for different weights.

I love Dr. Livingood's program. I just started this program but everything was in clear writing and laid out before I signed up. I am also free to cancel anytime. He offers a $1 - 14 day trial of his program when you purchase his book. It was clearly stated that I would be charged $27 per month for membership unless I cancelled within 14 days. I found the page on his website to be able to cancel my subscription, should I choose to do so. I also ordered his products which I love! It's just smart marketing. You have to read the info given at sign up though just like anything else...
