I listen to Dr. Livingood Daily. I have learned a lot and doesn't cost me anything. I got my free book with no extra charges. I take the collagen and greens daily along with the omega and Tumeric. My pain is less and am feeling better. Dr Livinggood is the best and gives a lot of his time. These bad reviews have nothing to do with his ability. Both him and his wife are a great team.

I just started this program. I have had no issues. I am.a medical technician. Have had Long Haul Covid for more than 3 years. I believe what the doctor is saying is true. I am hoping the plan will work for me and I believe it will. I have had a problem with terrible itching all over my body. I don't know if this is a reaction to the Magnesium supplement or not. I also took massive does of Excedirne ans Ibuprofen for any pain I had. I don't know if my itching is a result of detox. I haven't taken any in about 2 weeks as he advised when I first started watching his you tube videos. I hope I can get an answer for that issue. Otherwise I think this is a good plan for me.

I want to say I joined Dr. Livingood group for a year and it was very beneficial for me. I got my book very quickly but was able to start even before then with the ebook. I am not as motivated as I would like so this program worked very well for me helping me push forward in becoming more healthy. I lost 20 pounds and have kept it off. As with any company offering something free, they do generally try to get you to join or purchase but you have the choice to choose no on each screen. If that did not work for some, it could possibly be your phone or the company you have service with. I encourage anyone who needs an extra nudge to join and do it for the year with the exercise program available. The products can be expensive but they are great quality and as someone else mentioned, he offers much advice for ways to combat disease other can just pushing the products. I did have an issue with something at one point, but the team reached out to me and it was resolved quickly. I am not under the membership anymore, but can still go to the website and access recipes and his Amazon product reviews for healthier living. I am very thankful I came across the ad on Facebook, for it helped bring motivation and determination back that I was sadly lacking at the time.
