Some info that I already knew and other info that I did not. Since I am not a pharmaceutical type person I am thankful that this book advises along the same lines. Also, gives sound advice on how to make changes gradually and wisely. Looking forward to making the vast amount of recipes which are included. Making good choices sometimes needs sound advice....this book can help achieve that as you move along in your search for a healthy happy life style. My body is my primary vehicle to travel from place to place just got to take care of it so it can take care of me.

I use several supplements from the Dr. Livingood Daily Line and feel very confident in using them , as they are of the highest quality. Also, if you have questions or concerns there is support to answer them. One of the best ones is the Magnesium as it contains all of the Magnesiums in one capsule . I take the magnesium at night before bed and I sleep better than I ever have ! I don't have trouble falling asleep and sleep soundly throughout the night . I totally recommend it.

I love using the products. The vanilla collagen is my personal favorite. I use it in smoothies and in homemade granola bars.

I love all of DLG products and information that he gives. He is thorough, easy to understand and addresses so many issues that we all need.
