Legitimate results: I have recently found Dr. Livingood's videos on YouTube. I started implementing some of the dietary changes and right now two weeks into it--my visceral fat decreased from 19 to 6 in this short time span. I drink water regularly throughout the day but my hydration levels were always appearing "very low". I added his delicious electrolyte powder mix and my levels are now showing "standard". On the scale, my weight has not decreased, which I would normally find discouraging, but my Hume pod is showing me an increase in muscle and decrease in fat percentages, so I have been super happy so far with the results. Hopefully, this next two weeks I'll see the weight drop too.

dr Living Good has a lot of good info that help you live a better healthy live. Many people don't know how bad we are being damaged using product that become toxic in you body till you read his book "Living Good Daily" This is reality at its best. Buying coffee was my first purchase from Livingood Daily. And I purchased the Instant Collagen Coffee +Moringa to take with me on a 3 week camping trip. I liked the idea that it had collagen creamer in it along with nutrient rich Moringa. What a great help! After trying one scoop versus 2 scoops, I prefer the 2 scoops. It is absolutely delicious! I would encourage you to try it especially for someone on the go.

I have been listening to DLG and the information is so valuable. The challenge keeps my focus on living a healthy lifestyle at the forefront. I like the challenge group support. Feels like I’m not alone trying to achieve better health. I am using several of the supplements and I feel that my gut health has improved 80% in about 8 weeks. I use the gallbladder liver support, implemented the fiber increase through better choice of food as well as the psyllium husk powder. I enjoy the matcha/mornings tea daily as well as the berry frost electrolytes +energize. I also feel so good about having the coaches available to answer any questions or concerns. They are very knowledgeable and kind. Also I really appreciate the passionate energy DLG expresses and the time he and Nurse Livingood put in to sharing a healthy approach to living a good and healthy life. I am 70 and this lifestyle and exercise is doable for me. I have mobility issues and I am feeling stronger in my core muscles and my stamina has improved. My legs are weak but I’m working on that. I started reading dr. Livingood's book after I realized the principles contained within it very much aligned with things my dad believed in. Cutting sugar and processed foods, that pharmaceuticals are not good for you if not absolutely necessary because they treat a symptom, not the cause. My dad also used to mention that pill vitamins weren't that effective. Now from dr. Livingood's video's I understand that to be about bioavailability and the fact that most supplements are synthetic, so I enjoy his shop full of supplements from natural sources. I tried the 21 day challenge and followed it to the best of my ability and added in the 10 minute HIIT workouts about 4-5 times a week. I lost about 15 extra pounds from what I had been doing before. I felt good and definitely had more steady energy then up and down energy. I have since had plenty of cheat meals, probably once a day while eating along the lines of his lifestyle twice a day. I also take his greens+superfood supplement as well as omega-3+turmeric daily. I've kept most ofnthe weight down even since cheating and feel good knowing it's better for my body and long term health.
