Total scam. Don’t walk away, run. They trick you into thinking you’re purchasing a book. They trick you into a monthly subscription and membership that is more expensive than the book itself with no customer service support phone number. I’m going through the agony of trying to cancel and get my money back. May need to cancel my credit card to avoid future fraudulent charges. Very disappointing.

Part of living good is living ethically. This doctor should be called Dr. Living Fraud. He has a good speech about caring about your health and offers a free book. So I wanted my free copy but when you choose that it charges you $7 dollars for shipping. Fair enough, no problem. But then, once you do, they ask you if you want to upgrade your order for a $1. Fair enough $1, no problem. You select that and then he comes on talking again and then you can’t back out because it tells you not to use the back button to back out and it doesn’t let you complete your order. Anyway you’re forced to listen to him! Again and again, So what I did was, just press “done” on my mobile phone. So after all that, I checked my purchases on my credit card and they have charged me for a monthly subscription for $27 that I did not agree to as this bait and switch is going on. If you want an ethical doctor that gives you natural remedies without strings attached look up Dr. Barbara O’Neil on line and you will find invaluable solutions when it comes to embracing optimum health naturally. And also you can download an app called Yuka, they do not take sponsorship money from Vendor’s, if you would like to know what kind of self care products to buy or pure food to buy. The app is $13 for the year and you can scan any toiletry item or food item when you are at the market to determine it’s purity. It is well worth it. This so called doctor needs to be upfront of what he is charging you for. He shouldn’t be weaseling anyone out of their money by the oldest trick in the book, bait and switch. There are resources out there as I mentioned that you can access without strings attached. Take good care my brothers and sisters.

Zero customer service. Only one way to cancel which is cancel your card

I signed up for a trial to his monthly Daily Lifestyle and I decided it wasn't for me. I looked everywhere to try to cancel the trial weeks ago and there was NO WAY to cancel as I was given no login information etc l and no details about canceling and no confirmation of the trial so I could follow up. so I assumed I would not be charged further. 3 days ago an email came saying they would charge me for the monthly subscription and send some login information... As I have been sick for 10 days I didn't see it until AFTER they charged me today . I messaged about a refund as I don't want the subscription and have had no reply. Had I been able to cancel when I tried weeks ago, we would not have this issue. I should have been able to cancel at ANY Time or at least information sent so I could try to cancel. I will request a charge back if they don't refund. Shady business practices to not allow people to cancel when they want to, to then charge them and bad customer service. How many people get suckered because they get charged like I did for something they don't want? Let's see if they do the honorable thing and refund. Honestly, High pressure up sales when going through the website etc.. Left me with an icky feeling.

I was excited, a doctor who was for treating health issues with natural remedies versus pharmaceuticals. So I was willing to part with a few bucks for shipping the free book he was offering. He got my CC info then the bait and switch started. There were multiple steps each offering something for little or nothing or a free trial…up to purchase the big package for just under $1000.00. Okay, I realized this was a bait and switch so I started backing out to cancel my personal and credit information. There is no way to cancel without becoming a member and then you get maybe the support to cancel…I don’t know. I am not becoming a member! Every email they sent with links to free stuff…DO NOT CLICK ON THEM…SEND IT BACK WITH CANCELED AND THE NUMBER OF THE BILLING. I made and filed a copy of my cancel acknowledgment on every email and text they sent. I alerted them that I canceled before completion of their webpage by backing up. I contacted my bank, canceled the credit card which they had before our business was concluded…needless to say there was no opportunity to change your mind. All of this happened today 6-3-2023. More aggravation anxiety and stress than I needed. I was there for my wife…BTW WE ARE NOT OVERWEIGHT. I WAS SEEKING OTHER HELP. IF YOU DO GET IN THIS FAR MAKE A COPY AND SAVE IT IN A FILE…I CALLED MINE LGFRAUD. I’m sure it’s not over yet. Talking to the bank on Monday concerning the fraud claim I initiated. I do not plan to take becoming a member to cancel the 14 day free trial before they want to charge me ~$28.00 a month. And lastly I am allowing livingood.com an opportunity to see this review of their business practices which make it very hard to cancel within moments of a bad decision. It is a trap. J Belaj New date 6-4-2023 Replying to their confirmation emails alerted them. My comments had enough information for them to cancel the complete order. Now be honest and fair. They sent links in those emails to products they sell. If you are wanting to cancel: DO NOT OPEN THE LINKS. I was treated fairly by Sarah and she set my mind at ease. It is sad though. I believe the Dr Livingood is providing a good service and I also believe he should find a better way to sell his services. It is very hard to cancel if you follow their website instructions. I wish them well.

DON'T do it. the whole book for just shipping costs thing leads you into a mess of offers that you'd never want, it's a terrible lure into you being overcharged. I cancelled my card immediately knowing that they had my info. It really should be illegal the way they do this crap. Careful, if it sounds way too good...it's a mess to deal with later.
