I was skeptical at first but after completing the program I was very pleased. I have better quality sleep, less sinus infections, more energy, less joint pain and I lost 25 pounds. My A1C also went down in the normal range instead of the pre-diabetic range that I was in before. Great program with lots of support with my practitioner and health coach.

I signed up with HHA in hopes of reducing back and neck pain. My pain has significantly improved in the last few month. I still have pain but nothing like it was before. I have lost more weight on this program that I had ever lost in any other weight loss program that I've tried in the past with very little effort. The one thing that I have learned with this program is that you get out of it what you put into it. My Practitioner Sarah Rhoden & my Coach Kristyn Bitner were a huge help keeping me on track and was always available to answer any questions that I may have. No regrets signing up for this program. I will plan to use what I've learned for the rest of my life.

The health coaches are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and very professional. The program is outstanding. I look forward to continuing to feel and look better.

This program has changed my life for the better! I am 50yo and started this after having major surgery and lots of inflammation throughout my body. I just finished the program and a lot of the inflammation is gone, my bloodwork has drastically improved in several areas and more importantly my perspective on food and the products I use have completely changed for the better! I will highly recommend this to all of my loved ones! While the price is slightly high, it’s worth the investment for the improvements seen. And the team they have is incredible and knowledgeable. I want to share with all of you that I am halfway through the program. Celebrating personal wins 😊 Down 17 lbs in 2 months Cholesterol down 25 points to 120 LDL is down to 58 Triglycerides down to 89 from 152 I no longer have any bursitis or sciatica in my hips and buttocks (that I have had for years) Very blessed for this program and everyone in the community! If any of you are questioning if this works…it will definitely work if you do the work, want to see results and want to feel better ❤️‍🩹 It is slow paced and easy to adjust into your daily lifestyle. The key is that you are in the driver’s seat, if you take a detour or get lost, there is a map and several others traveling with you (in a carpool so to speak) so that we all reach the destination of success! I appreciate all the support and health advice. I had reached out because of joint pain and not wanting to cover the symptoms but fix the problem. I am a healthy 59 year old woman who does triathlons, marathons, half marathons, and pickleball! My goal was a re-set for my cells. During the process I was amazed at the results. I am able to lift weights, do push ups, and pull ups without elbow pain! Such a relief to wake up feeling like I used to - ready to take on the day with 100%! Last May I ended up in the hospital with what I thought was a heart attack. Thank goodness it wasn’t. I knew something had to change! I just finished the four month program. For me, it was a very very worthy program. I started this journey with no energy, literally couldn’t think straight, my bones ached & I felt awful. Everything prior just didn’t work. I knew I had to do something. I literally felt the Lord led me to HHA. The program’s incremental way of changing your thought processes and eating habits was remarkable. I’m an educated person and this whole program just made sense. Last weekend I went to my 50th high school reunion. I felt terrific. My mind was clearer than it had been in years. I was able to reminisce and was more articulate than I had been in a really long time. This program helped me think of food differently and learn the truth about fats. I can’t believe all my life I have thought about food in such an unhealthy way. Oh, & by he the way, I have lost 30 pounds to boot.
