I'm so glad I've done this program. It is giving me my life back. The program is very well thought out and they help you every step of the way with individual focus. I was suffering both physically and emotionally, and I now see a light at the end of the tunnel. It is so worth it!

I am two months into this four-month program. I have Lupus and have tried many different diets, and ways to help my inflammation, but have never stuck with it. This program is well-researched, methodically constructed to get to the cellular level of one's body. It is very well thought out, organized on the web, you are assigned a nutritionist and a coach, and you have access to all those who are also going through this process to give you great support, share ideas, etc. The tone of the program is caring, thoughtful, and encouraging. They have put together two daily packets of nutrients to help with the detoxifying of your cells, and to promote healing. If you've tried everything, become discouraged, and want a program that has EVERY chance of success, and it depends on you, then this is excellent. I look forward to my graduation day of May 10th.

I finally feel like I am getting my body and mind back! I have been struggling for years with weight, fatigue, brain fog and lack of motivation. I was drawn to HHA because I've always felt that my issues were due to an imbalance in my hormones and when I read that they are a Functional Medicine based program, I was sold! It has been worth every penny!! I have had a few medical obstacles and a couple of unplanned trips, but I have still found it easy to get right back on track! I usually have an "all or nothing" mentality, but have learned to accept "progress over perfection" and I can't even explain how much that has helped! This truly is the easiest program to follow! Having a monthly zoom call with my personal Practitioner, and a Health Coach to reach out to anytime I have a question, is so amazing! The community site is also so helpful and encouraging! I had some rough days in the beginning, so I would jump onto the site and start reading! You literally have access to everyone involved with the program! If you are tired of being sick and tired, I highly recommend the HHA program!

I love HHA. It is very doable, and the benefits are enormous. I lost 40 lbs and feel great on this program! I highly recommend it! I am doing it a second time now and will continue until I reach my goal weight. An anti-inflammatory lifestyle is a healthy lifestyle, and doing it with so much support as you receive on this program is a gift.
