I’m now in phase 4 of Hormone Health Advantage program. In the first phase, my body aches disappeared which was a huge factor. I consistently started feeling better throughout the program, but still had brain fog. Started phase 4 and I was clear-headed again! I also experienced much better energy- felt like myself again!!! First time in well over a year!! Thank you so much!!! My functional medicine dietitian, Calli, was incredible! So helpful, knowledgeable and positive! I will miss our chats.

It's been a great experience from start to finish. Such a great community with unlimited support. They make the lifestyle change so easy and give so many options tailored to your specific needs. It's bitter sweet saying good bye. These guys are amazing!

am so thankful for this program and the leaders, they taught me a lot about how eating healthy really effects my entire body and its proper functioning. I came into this program hoping I could stop being so overwhelmingly tired all the time. Within weeks that had improved and continued to improve over the following weeks. I wanted to get rid of my brain fog, be able to lose weight, have energy to continue watching my grands, and lower the inflammation in my body to lessen the pain of arthritis. All of these have improved. I no longer feel like I can't get my brain out of a tunnel. I have my granddaughters asking me if we can take a nap as I keep them busy this summer, lol. I have been able to lose weight and know that as long as I keep on doing what I'm doing it will stay off. And as long as I do that, the inflammation is at a minimal! I have come to accept that this is a life change and I want to keep doing what I have learned to stay healthy and feeling good. I'm 73 years old now and I believe all of this will add to a greater life for as long as the Lord allows me to be here. Thank you Dr Avery, Renee and all of the rest of you for the knowledge you shared with me and walked me through this, you are amazing.

I am sorry for the people who believed that they were scammed. I started my journey with HHA in December 2024 and graduated in April 2025. Within the first two weeks of the program, my awful gut pain disappeared. I'm talking about pain so intense I would curl up in the fetal position. I sought help from a couple different doctors who offered no help. After some online research, I decided to do the interview for $87 and see what it was all about. I'm so grateful that I did!! Yes, it was a sizable investment but I knew I was worth it and I could not continue down the path I was headed. Why would anyone think this would be anything but difficult. It was very difficult and challenging at times...not going to lie!! But, there are always work arounds for things you feel you can't do. Yes, organ meat is a part of the plan but I didn't think I could manage so I opted for organ meat supplements. I just continue to feel better and better. I lost 22 lbs and after more than a month post plan, I'm still down 22 lbs. and still have no gut pain. I have reintroduced most everything I had given up with no problem. I also have adopted new and healthier eating habits, which is key!! Thank you to Dr. Katie and all of the people who support us and the community connections.

Hormone Health has been a wonderful experience! I was at the “end of my rope” in trying to live with fibromyalgia. I thought I’d give this a try as I had tried everything else. I feel so much better!! I’m down 35lbs, my joints and muscles don’t hurt like they did, better memory-no brain fog, increased energy, no anxiety/depression. I feel “present” and ready to tackle anything that comes my way. I actually feel 20yrs younger. Hormone Health gives you all the tools you need to succeed. The staff is fabulous! They are intelligent, kind, helpful, and nonjudgmental. Shout out to practitioner Calli Holguin who guided me thru the process. You wouldn't meet a nicer, kindest person. As soon as I heard their approach I was sold. Being a holistic practitioner myself, I knew that this wasn’t something that could be rushed. You need the time to adjust and give your body a chance to heal. Their support through the entire program is stellar. Everyone is so pleasant and uplifting. You can be in constant contact with the community, your practitioner and coach. And then there is the education part! Every week you have a new lesson to help you make any changes and extra courses to round it all out to help you. succeed. They only thing standing in your way is you and any blocks you have to really making change. Because don’t get me wrong, it’s work. But isn’t your health worth it?

HHA Health is an amazing company, The support staff is very informative and friendly. I started the journey feeling drained, not sleeping, libido was down. I just completed the program, I lost 10 pounds, I sleep !!!. I want to personally Thank Susan and Renee for the support and encouragement.

This was the best thing I have done in an ages for myself! It is a wonderful program and the counselors are there with you the entire journey. You are part of a large community of others that are on this journey or have already completed their journey. You get help, support, and directions you need to succeed! I feel so much better now and have learned how to eat healthier. I have learned how to listen to my body and have lost.48 pounds along the way. I would highly recommend this program for all serious individuals wanting to feel better!
