It was good if you're an absolute novice thats never heard of meditation before. But even if you've only listened to Joe's meditations before then this is a waste of money. We spent thousands on the tickets, accommodation, flights, plus spending money and that money would have been much better spent if we'd learnt anything new. The front rows were specifically designated for groupies that were told to dance for the cameras, he repeated himself A LOT, whole thing could have been done in a couple of hours. If you need hope or help and have access to the internet then this is not the way, save your precious time and money

Bad customer support
Retreats are good, customer service is dismal. They don't always answer. If they do answer, it may take a long time. And the answer may not be complete. There has been contradictory information. On the whole unsatisfactory.

Need customer service support
I’m updating this review from 1 star to 2 stars because my purchases have now been restored, but the support experience has still been extremely poor.
I’ve spent over $1,000 on meditations and courses through the site over the last year. I’ve followed the teachings seriously (Over 2000 hours of studies/meditation practice), gone through the courses countless times, and genuinely made great progress from them.
A few days ago, I logged into my account and found that all of my purchases had disappeared. My meditations, courses, and audio content were no longer showing in my library, even though I paid for them.
This was especially frustrating because I use these materials every day, often for hours at a time. I contacted support twice through the ticket system and still received no reply after 3 to 4 days.
***Update***
The only reason my purchases were eventually restored was because I repeatedly messaged them on Instagram/commenting on their social medias (X/Instagram etc...) Even now, I still haven’t received a reply from the official support ticket system, which is honestly shocking for a brand of this size.
The website also still seems glitchy. Since the restore, products have disappeared and reappeared again in my library, so the issue doesn’t feel fully fixed.
I love Dr. Joe’s work and I’ve genuinely benefited from it, but the customer support and website experience need serious improvement. For a brand this big, especially one with such loyal customers, there should be proper live chat, faster ticket responses, and a more reliable system for paid content.
Hopefully this gets resolved properly. If it does, I’ll happily update the review again.

Retreat good, customer service bad
The retreat was actually good - though pricy. But the customer service is very bad. It is hard to get a response from them, even on sales, let alone if there is a problem.

TBH, It's not worth at 2,499
It's not worth at 2,499 for a week long retreat. I joined the retreat as many trainers and members shared their amazing experiences and successful cases.
TBH, I witnessed some brainwashing skills and psychological tricks to manipulate participants. Anyway, they could found participants to share "incredible" transformation stories, while the retreat was not useful to me.

What Joe Dispenza offers is not really…
What Joe Dispenza offers is not really anything new. And to listen to him say every few minutes, "are you with me?", "do you get it?" and to badger the audience repeatedly with this inane question is insulting to one's intelligence. It seems to be HIS addiction. It's also disingenuous to provide old information for such a high cost. His knowledge comes from Qi Gong, quantum physics, and a host of other things that are readily available to anyone with curiosity to learn.
