Hi Michigan, Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Our curriculum’s main focus is building confidence, so it is of course not our intention to do the opposite. We will investigate the situation with the instructors you had to ensure they are following DriveSafe’s teaching standards. Please let us know if we can help you with anything. Thank you, The DriveSafe Team

Hello, We sincerely apologize for your student’s experience. It does not represent the quality of work and care our instructors provide daily while teaching over 10,000 students each year to be safe drivers for life. Our ongoing work to ensure a high quality, safe driving experience includes strict hiring standards, exceeding those required by the State for driving schools, in-car recording systems and routine instructor audits and evaluations. Instructors who violate our policies for professionalism are removed from service with our company. Your student’s instructor was fired after your report to our Manager and our immediate investigation. The behavior of this one instructor is in no way representative of the DriveSafe organization and instructor team. We can assure you that we will work even harder to find ways to protect the hearts and minds of the students entrusted to us. Sincerely, The DriveSafe Team
