I am highly disappointed in this…
I am highly disappointed in this school. I truly feel they are here only for the money. I work really hard and $100 may not be much for their wealthy clients, but I expect my son to learn something and pass a simple permit test after 4 hours ( and he's an AP student)....yet he failed and I'm told there are only limited times to retest....none on weekends. It's expensive, inconvenient and truly unhelpful for full time hard working parents! You have continually taken advantage of our family. Shame on you!
Response from DriveSafe Driving SchoolsNov 18, 2021
Krista, thank you for your feedback. As the largest and most trusted driving school in Colorado, we are committed to continually improving our services. Your student completed the 4-hour Driver Awareness class which is a highly condensed preparation course approved by the State for students over 15 years and 6 months of age. We provide all of our Driver Awareness students a notetaker to help them learn the important information for safe driving during the class and be more prepared to pass the permit test. Under State law, a student can get 20% of the answers wrong and still pass the test. Your student exceeded that number and may have been tired after a long day of school. He was offered a retest since he was authorized to take it under State law and he declined. Your payment for the course includes up to 4 attempts to pass the test and is a great value for families. When you called our night staff member to reschedule you were offered 4 options to retest in the next 7 days including an option that specifically met your requirements. There is no driving school in Colorado that offers families and students as much flexibility as our company with our offices open 7 days per week. We recognize the pressures and frustrations on our families and work hard to help each student become a safe driver for life. We wish you and your son a lifetime of safe driving.
