DriveSafe was an excellent place to prepare for and take my driver's test! During the test, I really appreciated how they paired me up with the same driving instructor that helped me during the pre-test drive. The building was clean and quiet, and the people at customer service were very kind, helpful, and quick. Thank you!!

If I could give a negative review I would. Customer service has been Awful!!!! My daughter has had her license for OVER a year now and I keep getting emails from the company even though I have called and told them. We never received any of these emails when we needed them. The online system was horrible and made my daughter retake 90% of the class more than 3 times even when we called into support.

Hi Kyle, thank you for sharing your feedback, and we apologize for the frustration in your past experience. Our developer has since fixed the online system to ensure these problems don’t persist. Additionally, we removed you from our mailing list. Congrats on your daughter finishing the program and getting her license. We wish you both a lifetime of safe driving!

I really thought it was excellent and professional! As an adult getting my liscense due to anxiety as a teenager it was an easy experience. My tester was knowledgeable and thorough (if not a bit picky, at times) during the test.

Shemal L.
The price is too expensive and need one driver to teach for all classes
