About DriverEdToGo

DriverEdToGo is an online driver education platform founded in 2000 that has provided driver education to more than 10 million students nationwide. The company offers online driver education designed to help teens and adults learn the knowledge, skills, and safe driving habits needed as they work toward earning a driver’s license. DriverEdToGo states that its courses are DMV-approved, state-approved in many states, and accepted in all 50 states, with specific course requirements varying by state.Students can complete their driver education online at their own pace and access the course from different devices. Course content includes structured chapters and lessons, audio narration, quizzes, and engaging learning material. DriverEdToGo also provides permit-test preparation through PrepWizard, which includes DMV-style practice tests, adaptive questions that focus on weaker areas, and a readiness score to help students prepare for their permit exam.DriverEdToGo offers teen driver education, adult driver education, parent-taught courses in Oklahoma and Texas, and a Virginia homeschool driver education course. Students select their state when enrolling so they can be matched with the appropriate course and state requirements. Depending on the state, additional licensing steps may include a permit test, behind-the-wheel training, a vision exam, or a driving test. After completing the required course material, students receive a completion certificate according to their state’s requirements and selected delivery method. DriverEdToGo also offers U.S.-based customer support by phone, email, and live chat. The company’s goal is to make driver education accessible, engaging, effective, and focused on helping students become safer and more confident drivers.

the course overall was great
the course overall was great, it's just that when the time finishes, and you click continue and It refreshes the same page sometimes, and you have nine minutes on the clock, so you're wasting nine minutes. So it definitely needs a little refresh, any technical issues. But overall, everything else was good.
Response from DriverEdToGoAug 20, 2026
Thanks for the honest feedback, Fatimah! We’re glad you had a good overall experience with the course, and we appreciate you pointing out the issue with the timer and page refresh. Feedback like this is helpful as we continue improving the course experience :)

Great course but needs some improvements
The course is great but there should be a few more refinements to the course. Such as correcting grammar/spelling, providing correct answers to the incorrectly answered questions, aligning the timer on each lesson to fit the actual time it will take to finish reading each lesson, and providing a practice test for the final exam of the course. Otherwise great course!
