The only thing GREAT about this course is the price. You better have fully functional office at your home for all the email fax or scanning that you will have to do. Is NOT ideal for people who live in rural areas and don't have these items. You CAN NOT just do on any device because of the worksheets you have to pdf save sign and send in. Also if you complete a chapter in lets say an hr you can NOT continue untill the course time of 3 hours is up. This whole experience was VERY FRUSTRATING NOT USER FRIENDLY and I wouldn't refer it to my enemy. I wish I would have just paid 150.00 for my child to take at a certified location!!

I was frustrated that I couldn't go back and print the time sheets after my son completed everything. I didn't get the last two driving time sheets printed. I think that the student should have longer time to complete your program since he had to have a permit before he could even do the modules after completing lesson one. He had a hard time with the State test to get his permit since he didn't get to do lesson 2 - 12 which was not fair on him. I would not recommend your program to anyone.

It has been at least a month and my certificate of completion has not come in the mail yet. I was expecting 3 weeks at the latest and missed my permit appt since it had still not arrived.

Signed one child up for the course, and it had a great price. Paid at the end and was very satisfied. Went to sign another child up and it had doubled in price. They claim there was a special for the first one but there was nothing that had said that. They reduced the price by $5.00 but I learned that the child is supposed to be on the site for so many hours or so many words and the second child had completed it in less than a day...seems that's wrong. Signed him up for another site, half the price and it times him...don't we want to make sure our kids are getting the right information?

Many errors occur in the tests of this program. A student doing the best they can, knowing they will not pass if their score isn't high enough, and then the test itself gives them a lower score because of its own errors--even when the student was correct. It should not be hard for editors to check the accuracy of the answers and make them correct.

The tests and quizzes are a joke and the course material feels very old. It designed as if the in house marketing team was told they needed to appeal to 'kids these days' and made the course material overly condescending and graphically designed to look like a d-rate early 2000's rap album. I didnt feel as though I learned much of anything. I paid extra into a voice over feature offered for the course that would read the material aloud to you. The valley girl accent made it hard to not grit my teeth while barely making it though the first course. In short, instead of trying to make their material 'wacky and relevant to youth' they could focus more on producing a condensed modern version of the material that would be a 100 times easier to get through. Drivers ed is studying and no kid will like doing it, regardless of its 'youthful poppy appearance.' It might as well be condensed into its basic relevant teachings so the information can be made clear and precise. TLDR; Put more effort into your material quality and less on being 'hip'.
