I booked my rental online, and the day I was supposed to pick it up, it was returned crashed. The guy went and bought a mini van so I would still have a rental vehicle for my vacation which was very appreciated. Only down side was the air conditioner in the vehicle didn't work properly.

Hi Aaron, Thanks for your feedback. We’re glad we could arrange a replacement vehicle so your vacation wasn’t disrupted, but we’re sorry about the issue with the air conditioning. We hope we can do it better next time! Best regards, Theis Oscar Customer Support

It's my 5th time renting at Oscar's no issues price was is lower than every place else I check into. 2 convenient locations near one is 12 minutes away only the other takes about 30 minutes but only had to go there once. Either way it saved me. And they have been prompt on giving the refunds for the deposit pretty quick.
