The customer service is nonexistent. No way to call them only play tag with emails. There "tracking" is never updated. The tracking number they give you is useless since they don't use U.S. postal. Though they say they do, the U.S. post office says they have no such tracking numbers. Overall lesson learned. They are a scam.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. Ordered something in November, then waited THREE MONTHS and never received it. When I reached out for the third time, they told me it was delivered last week. I informed them I never received it and they basically told me “check with the post office.” Seriously!!!! Their customer service is horrible! I’m out my money and I’m DONE with this company!

Do not buy anything from this company. ITS all A scam... Will not receive item for months, then when you get will be a .10 cent item, and WILL NOT refund your money....Very deceitful...

Today 2025-02-12 16:39 SEGRATE MI, Consegnata, con successo ...in the end after about a month and a half of waiting the package arrived... with surprise... I had to pay €6.22 customs tax to the postman! Never happened before with AMAZON,TEMU, WISH, ALIEXPRESS... Conclusion it was the worst online shopping experience and I will certainly never buy anything from you again!!!

I would give this lying scam company 0 stars if I could! They sent me fake tracking information, could not - or WOULD NOT - tell me who the delivery carrier was and even fooled PayPal with their lies and phony information! After waiting for 2 months, I received an email that my package was delivered in my mailbox - but it was NOT. All the joke of a company would tell me was to check again or to ask my neighbors or call the post office! The post office said the tracking number was not a USPS number and so did UPS and FedEx. After filing a case with PayPal, they denied me a refund because the shipping status showed the package as delivered. So much for feeling safe when ordering online with them! But this horrible excuse for a company producing fake tracking information and not even sending out a product is basically STEALING money from people without apology. You should NOT buy anything from them unless you just want to give them your money for nothing! Do NOT trust this company!

They promoted a beautiful product from another company and sent me an extremely useless and poor quality product. When I expressed my disappointment with this product and wanted to return it, they said they would give you $5. When I insisted on returning the product, they first offered $7 and then $12. They said that if I insisted on returning this product, I would have to pay for the shipping and it would be very expensive. Despite the easy refund on their website, they started not responding to my emails to avoid refunding my money. The only reason I am pursuing this matter is because I don't want other people to be scammed.

-10 review this seller is the most dishonest, misleading, untrustworthy business I have delt with in a very long time. Completely misleading information in description of items aswell as extremely low quality products but most of all very unreasonable when call out for a refund that was only achieved through a PayPal refund request and having to pay for return post of an item clearly not fit for purpose as described in advertising. Dodgy fraudsters is my best description.
