Ordered an item a month ago. Their support gave me incorrect tracking number and the parcel is sent back to them as I couldn't track and pick it up. Also postitioning themselves as USA company, but sending from China. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM

I ordered the Mini Screwdriver Set on 12/12/2024. Today is 25/04/2025. The item has still not arrived!!!! I have sent numerous emails and requested the details of the courier company in order for me to follow up on my side to no avail. They only tell me to be patient!!! I strongly suspect that I have been scammed. Drivecarjoy, what a scam!! Two months to get items! I paid for shipping at time of order plus additional fee for expedited shipping. Two months later USPS leaves a slip in my mailbox to pickup order at Post Office with $25.20 due for shipping. The used a fraudulent shipping label that was used 2 months earlier to ship an item to someone else! No way to get resolution, they simply rip you off big time! They also charged more on my cc that my actual order was for, an additional $40! RUN!!!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!! The persons return address name on shipping label was a Tara Polk Sturdivant 902 Lois Ave Sunnyvale CA 94087 Not DRIVECARJOY!

I've had a very disappointing experience with DriveCarJoy.com.Their customer support is severely lacking, making it difficult to get any help or resolve issues. Additionally, the quality of their products feels more like cheap toys than reliable car accessories. I expected much better quality for the price I paid. It’s frustrating and I would not recommend this company.

Do not buy this itemUpgraded Car Windshield Magnetic Snow Cover it is crap. it is as thin as a newspaper and they use a fake tracking number, the one you get is not the one that applies, but I received information that it was sent from a place in the USA, but that is not true, it is sent from China. DO NOT BUY NOT WORTH THE MONEY.
