There are a few issues that need to be…

There are a few issues that need to be addressed. Overall, I’d say the system is good, but these are areas that need improvement, especially for someone managing multiple accounts. First, data export. When managing over a hundred users, I need to receive data exports via the client’s email, as it’s sent directly to them. This is a critical issue. For someone working with multiple accounts on a daily basis, this creates delays and inefficiencies. Second, your email mechanism. If your email system were more advanced, it would significantly improve performance. For example, a higher percentage of emails would be successfully delivered, and it would allow for automation — similar to what you offer on LinkedIn — where the sequence stops as soon as someone replies. And of course, recipients should be able to unsubscribe easily. These may seem like small things, but they have a substantial impact. A well-designed email workflow enhances effectiveness and reduces the need for additional systems. Another point is the API. You really need to offer a direct API for CRM platforms rather than relying on third-party solutions. Native modules in major CRM systems are essential, as the current setup requires extra integrations instead of offering a seamless internal solution. So, these are the areas I believe you should pay attention to in your ongoing operations. On a positive note, I must highlight the high level of customer service and responsiveness — these are extremely valuable for any company working with you.

It is an amazing tool to send invites and make connections. sometimes I would wish it would be even more flexible in sequences but acceptable

I have been using it for few months and honestly it hasn't yielded any return on Investment, let's see after a year if anything happens then I will redo my review
