Some of it is good, some of it is significantly underdeveloped. There are really no tools to organize messages (Tags don't do anything). Favorites you don't give you feedback that they are working. You can't change a campaign once its started. I can only monitor 1 post why can't i monitor all my posts. I mean your doing ok, but for the price i wouldn't recommend it.

Its a big progress in comparison to Octopus, but still many simple things to be fixed. All of them I have mentioned in out chat conversations. E.g. Octopus was better in organising each contacts. Im from country, which I need to modify all first names to be really personal. In Octopus was very simple to do it - I see all columns with first name on one page and from this page i was able to modify it. In Dripify i need to open profile, than edit ... very time consuming. Other horrible thing is that in audience list i cant see company name and i cant work with width of columns co i cant clean list efectivelly - i cant see all information to do it.

the fact that the sequence cannot be changes once the campaign is running is really downside, you learn as you go, you don't always know at the beginning what will be the response, the feedback, the acceptance and to what. the ability to alter is crucial. at least allow to freeze (from a certain contact onwards), make the changes and carry on. also the fact that for every such small think you ask to upgrade is not legit.

Opaque auto-renewal and misleading billing communications I had an annual Dripify subscription auto-renew for £473 without any advance renewal reminder. The only emails I received were on the day the payment was taken, after the charge had already been processed. Those emails (sent via FastSpring) described the subscription as being “successfully activated” and thanked me for a “purchase”, despite the fact that no action was taken by me. To a reasonable person, that wording implies a manual purchase, not an automatic renewal. Further, renewal notifications were sent only to a billing email address and not to the subscriber email actually used to access the service, meaning the user had no opportunity to cancel before being charged or within the stated refund window. Support responses focused on internal policy rather than engaging with the lack of notice or the misleading wording. From reading other reviews, this does not appear to be an isolated issue. The product itself wasn’t a good fit for my needs, but the bigger concern is the lack of transparency around renewal and billing, which feels like a subscription trap. I would strongly advise anyone considering Dripify to watch auto-renewals very carefully. UPDATE: Refund issued after escalation. The issue was resolved, but only after raising concerns about the lack of advance renewal notice and misleading renewal emails.

Hey Storm, Thank you for sharing such detailed feedback. We’re sorry for the frustration this renewal experience caused and we completely understand why the timing and wording of the billing emails could feel unclear. Transparency in subscription renewals is extremely important, and your points about advance notice and where renewal notifications are sent are valid concerns. While renewals are processed automatically through our payment provider, we recognize that the communication around this process should be clearer and more proactive to avoid situations like this. We also appreciate you highlighting how the wording could be interpreted as a manual purchase rather than an automatic renewal. This is feedback we take seriously and will be reviewing internally with our billing partner to improve the overall customer experience. We’re glad the issue was ultimately resolved and that a refund was issued, but we agree it should not require extra effort from a customer to reach a fair outcome. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention – it helps us improve both our processes and our communication moving forward. Sincerely, Andrew Gan, Lead Communication Manager @Dripify

We've been using Dripify (others on the team), and they are seeing results. My experience is different. First, it's right before the holidays, and second, my search function is much more limited on Dripify, and no one can figure out why. Bots are fine, but sometimes you need a real person to troubleshoot more complex questions. There's no one to call, and the situation isn't resolved.

Hey Mary Clare, I am sorry to hear about the situation that has occurred, and that out chat bot wasn't helpful. Please note that you can always request an agent's help through chat bot, and it will switch you to one of our support agents. Also, I can see that you were able to reach out to us via email, and my colleague has responded to you, so please feel free to continue the communication in either chat or email. We will be happy to help you resolve this matter and make your experience with Dripify more pleasant. Sincerely, Andrew Gan, Lead Communication Manager @Dripify

The cost is quite high and for me as a coach I may have a limited target group with my offering, which may not need to run several campaigns in parallel or for a long period.

Hi Thomas, Thank you for your honest feedback. We understand that pricing can feel high, especially when your target audience is more niche, and you don’t need to run multiple or long-term campaigns. Your perspective is valuable, and we’ll be sure to pass it along. As for now, you can try our Basic plan, as it is the cheapest option and it allows you to run one campaign, which seems to suit you. If you ever want help optimizing your setup to get the most value for your specific case, our team is always happy to support you. Sincerely, Andrew Gan, Lead Communication Manager @Dripify
