I may change my rating, but I was told the order would be here by 8/6/26 and it is still not given to UPS (only says label generated, but not in their possession and it is 8/3/26 today)... :(

Hi Adam, We sincerely apologize for the delay and understand your frustration at the time you posted this review. Since then, the shipment experienced an unexpected customs delay, which was unfortunately outside of our direct control. However, we take responsibility for the delivery expectation we communicated and for the inconvenience this caused. We issued a 100% refund, including the shipping cost, and continued working with the carrier to ensure the pendant was delivered. We’re glad to confirm that the pendant was ultimately delivered successfully.
