I had a wonderful experience working with Driona Jewels on my custom yellow pear diamond stud. Darshan was very helpful, patient and communicative throughout the entire process. We discussed the diamond’s colour, proportions and setting details, and I really appreciated the personal attention he gave to my preferences. The finished stud is beautiful, and I especially love the colour of the diamond and how it looks next to my white diamond jewellery. It feels like a unique piece made especially for me. There was a minor issue with the post, which needed to be adjusted by a local jeweller to fit my piercing comfortably. However, Darshan handled the situation professionally and kindly, and Driona reimbursed the adjustment cost and offered an additional goodwill gesture. Overall, I’m very happy with the final result and truly appreciate the communication, care and customer service throughout this experience. I would be happy to recommend Driona Jewels, especially to anyone looking for a personalised piece of jewellery.

Order a earring from driona was a smooth experience they are quick responsive and also processing time is good they ship my ring in 8 day after approval of design and also got my earrings very quick after shipment! Everything was quick and communication was smooth!

I may change my rating
I may change my rating, but I was told the order would be here by 8/6/26 and it is still not given to UPS (only says label generated, but not in their possession and it is 8/3/26 today)... :(

Since then, the shipment experienced an unexpected customs delay, which was unfortunately outside of our direct control. However, we take responsibility for the delivery expectation we communicated and for the inconvenience this caused. We issued a 100% refund, including the shipping cost, and continued working with the carrier to ensure the pendant was delivered. We’re glad to confirm that the pendant was ultimately delivered successfully.
