I tried the first shipment of coffee from Trade Coffee yesterday called Milk and Honey. I have previously told them that I prefer coffee that is similar to the Kirkland French Roast whole beans, which has a strong flavor and good aroma. The so called Milk and Honey is not like that at all - it has no flavor and no aroma. I tried another cup this morning, and had to throw half a cup away. It is one of the worst coffee I ever had. Do not shop at Tarde Coffee. These guys do not know what they are doing. I have requested that Trade Coffee replace the remaining shipments with the Kirkland French Roast, so I can have a decent cup of coffee in the morning again.

I am very disappointed with Trade’s customer service and subscription practices. My subscription was renewed automatically without any advance notification or reminder that the renewal date was approaching. Customers should be clearly informed before being charged for a renewal. Additionally, I tried contacting the company through their website to resolve the issue, but I never received any response. Lack of communication and poor customer support make this a very frustrating experience. I expect companies to be transparent about renewals and responsive to customer concerns. Unfortunately, that was not my experience with Trade.

Weak and tasteless not even as good as the Sello Rojo or Oma we bought at Carrulla.

On 2/8/26 PERC Old Skool was supposedly being sent to me; however, what I received was PERC Juggernaut. I still have not heard back from the feedback I sent this past week after discovering this error on 3/4/26 and to indicate that the packaging is terrible because the bag cannot even be reclosed! So far I'm not impressed with the products or customer service of this subscription!

$66 dollars for 3 10.9 oz bags of meh coffee. We have plenty of local coffees in my city that are half the price and twice the quality. Scammers.

If you’re looking to gift someone, avoid this company. They’ll force them to enter their credit card details to pay for shipping and taxes. It’s highly suspicious that you can’t use the gift credit to cover the shipping costs.

They charge you and send coffee even when you have paused your subscription. Over and over. Coffee is fantastic- Trade's customer service SUCKS! Even when you've been a customer for 8 YEARS,helped their business grow by referring others! When I cancelled they were just like "OH, SO SORRY YOU CANCELLED". A BIG SLAP IN THE FACE!! The most wonderful part is now I know all of the roasters and can order WITHOUT TRADE straight to roasters.

Their beans are stale! Yuck. Not fresh. I've gotten cheap coffee. I'm so disappointed...
