I had been drinking a different brand of mushroom coffee for about two years and really enjoyed it. I ordered Neubrain Smart Coffee because I was going through a time of intense stress and was exhausted, burned out, and not sleeping well. This had been going on for several months and although I tried various supplements and kept to a healthful, nutritious diet, I couldn’t seem to shake my persistent fatigue. After a couple months of drinking a cup of Neubrain every day, I am finally sleeping well again, feeling more energetic and more like myself. I can only attribute this change to Neubrain. The taste is okay, not great, (and not like coffee), and it’s expensive, but for me it was worth it to get my sleep and energy back on track. Thanks Neubrain!

BEWARE OF SUBSCRIPTION: Ball and Brains... I did not care for the artificial sweetener taste. When I tried to cancel my subscription via email, I received questions..."why do you want to cancel?". They attempted alternative products... "no thanks". After 5 back and forth requests and attempts, They STILL did not cancel my subscription...my bank will handle it. Never again.

Their website is blank and there is no way to no cancel the subscription.

I have tried to cancel the service for 2 months . The cancelation process is a loop that makes it impossible. I have sent emails to customer support and have gotten no response

Neubrain's customer service and response is non-existent - it appears that their MO for business is to sell, sell, sell and make a buck, at the customer's expense. Recently, a family member went online to order the product to try - and did not realize they were signing up for an on-going account. We discovered this when our credit card bill posted 2 days later and immediately contacted them, explained the situation and asked that the account be closed and a refund issued. We asked how we could return the product, if and when it arrived. Despite numerous emails to their "Customer Service/Trevor", they neither refunded our money or gave us an option to return the product. They did cancel the account - but that was it. Neubrain appears to fly by the motto - "get what you can, how you can and disregard the customer." Have no idea if their product is legitimately effective, but they certainly don't care about assuring that the customer's requests are addressed - that seems to be the least of their worries as long as they can peddle their product. What a scam!!!

This mushroom coffee tastes wonderful! Highly recommend to anyone that likes mushroom coffee without the gritty texture.

Great flavor and good focus energy

It activates your brain in a calm & focused manner; not crackhead energy. Nice flavor, & no sediment in the cup afterwards like most other mushroom coffees.
