The company has a decent product with rotten, hard sell, nagging, never quit after you tell them to stop and keep charging you. Who wants to deal with a mafia-coffee operation when there are so many other choices out there?

Great taste!

I placed an initial order of a starter package and even opted into a secondary promotion for an additional package. I used the product and enjoyed the flavor but 24 hours later my eyelid was twitching. I continued to use the product a couple more days. The eyelid twitching never resolved and insomnia began. I believe I stopped drinking the product by day 4 since symptoms were getting severe and it was my only change in diet/ routine. (I have never had this reaction to regular coffee nor mushroom teas.) I emailed Neubrain as directed by the return policy. I was responded to in the same day 2x with direction on how to stop my subscription and I answered their question to how much product I had used. From there they responded "I’ve reached out to our team with the details of your refund request and will update you as soon as I have more information. Thank you for your patience and understanding while we review this." So, I wrote a follow-up 5-days later and they never responded again. I wrote to them 4 additional times. I checked my account multiple times to see if the refund would just apply. Per their policy, I may need to ship product back but they were supposed to supply an acknowledgement to that with a shipping label. I even told them I would report them. I have reported this to my bank and have an open case at this moment.

I have tried multiple brands of nootropic coffees and I was about to give up and go back to just caffeine...until Neubrain. I still mix it with my regular coffee but it gives that extra little kick for sustainable energy throughout my workday as a concrete carpenter. I also love how they have L-theanine in the mix to provide a calm and relaxed feeling. I dont know much about trustpilot but I know I TRUST Neubrain! Their customer service is impeccable and very polite. Orders come right as I'm finishing my last bag and I've found my forever smart coffee! Great product for the expense! Being a "small business" you'd expect a less than par product, but their coffee mixes superb without any gritty feeling in it or harsh aftertaste.

Neubrain Smart Coffee is incredible! I actually have mental clarity w/o all the brain fog. My memory is improving each day! And, it's not gross tasting! 10/10
