I went to them for help! My wife tested positive for Covid 19, and received paxlovid from another provider. I tested positive 3 days later. My provider was taking to long so I went to Dr House. The doctor I telehealthed with was too busy with her in home workout/treadmill to give me the time of day, and told me to get another doctor from their site!!!!! No prescription!!! I’ll never turn to them for health advice again!! Quacks!!

I would put a 0 but this does not allow it. I would NEVER use this site again! They misdiagnosed the problem I had. Then they billed my insurance company as a specialist of which they are not. On top of that I had paid my copay. They charged me as a specialist and without my permission charged my credit card! WITHOUT MY PERMISSION! I would NEVER use this service again!

Terrible customer service! Expressed a very upsetting experience with a bizarre physician who only lectured on irrelevant issues & offered no advice or instructions on what to do next. Customer service was probably AI and had a generic “Follow your doctor’s advice” response.. so nothing thanks. If you get a good doctor, I’m sure it’s a great experience. The convenience and quick availability of appointments was a plus but you never know the quality of doctor you’re getting. Definitely quick to take my money

I was ultimately diagnosed with cellulitis and successfully treated with a course of antibiotics. During my telehealth visit, I was charged $125, yet the physician concluded I might have a blood clot and directed me to the emergency room without adequately considering my symptoms. The ER confirmed it was cellulitis, not a blood clot, and I have since recovered. I am also disappointed that there appears to be no meaningful customer support or process for addressing concerns about the quality of care received. In my opinion, Dr. Vijaya Galic should not have accepted my appointment if she was unable to properly evaluate and diagnose a common skin infection. As a result of this experience, I am consulting with an attorney regarding this matter.

This service is a billing trick. They pay for google ads swooping you in representing they are covered by insurance that you have while knowingly overcharge and then send you a bill later after the copay. REPEAT - they say you are covered by insurance with a $45 copay and they show what insurance offers coverage but the insurance does not cover this service and they will send you a bill later. You end up paying like $2 less than being self insured. It is a full fledge trick. Do not use. Plus who charge $135 for a 6 minute telehealth? Absolute rip off.

They autocharged me 120 dollars and took my gas and food money for a week because they failed to tell me that insurance wouldn’t pay for their services. (I had BCBS) They then ignored me when I asked for help.

They charged me $12.90 as my out of pocket with my insurance and then proceeded to bill me another 112.57 after a month or so. I literally only paid $4 less than people with no insurance. My appt lasted less than 5 minutes and this is very much a bait and switch. I could have went to urgent care and had my tests included for that cost. I work for the public school and this is a significant out of pocket expense that I hadnt expected or planned for.
