I signed on for a Wegovy proscription. The doc say ya your fat and wrote a script. I initially was charged $25.00. Seemed like a lot but OK!! I went again after a month another $25. They then tried to charged my insurance $350.00 for the first visit, which of course they denied. I was charged another $103.00. So $128.00 for 3 minutes. I wasn’t happy. They Charged the same for the second visit. $261.00 for what was no more then 7 minutes of online time. My bum hurts now, but I’ll never return to them for help.

I imputed my correct information however I was told to contact my insurance carrier. Apparently Dr House doesn’t think I know my own birthday. (My scheduled appointment was too late then cancelled). Not sure why Dr House was having issues with my card & information. My insurance carrier confirmed my info was correct and possibly Dr House “system” was not compatible with insurance carrier. My insurance Co. provided me with their Eligibility Team phone number for Dr House to call them directly. I am very disappointed as my insurance is listed as one of their acceptable insurances. Well, I am off to a brick and mortar facility where I know I can get help not the run around from AI bots.

Horrible experience with billing . I got charged $380 for virtual visit for 10 min call. They claimed they sent to my insurance and my bill was now $174. If I didn’t have insurance the bill would have been $129? This is fraudulent

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had! I don’t normally leave reviews, but when someone puts me in a position where it feels as if they are stealing my money, I take it personal personally. The doctor was given ample lab results to take a look at, but instead of looking at the results question me about interpreting the results. Then, while on the call was multitasking, barely paying me any attention simply rushing me off the line and then disconnected. And since the app doesn’t have a way to get back into the meeting, I just paid money that I could’ve got from a Google search.

What a scam. I told him that I had stomach issues with bloating and I might have gastroenteritis. It’s happened before. He Did did not even wanna listen repeating to go to the ER and get a CT scan I won’t be using them again. They just don’t want to take any responsibility, but they want your money I will be fighting this with my credit card. And my insurance.

Total scam do not use this company. Instead of going to an in person visit i used this site. They charge me 130$ for a doctors note i told them i didnt need. I knew what the issue was and just needed a prescription filled. I told the doctor i do not need a note i need a refill. They provided me with a note and no prescription and charge me 130$ now why would i pay that much for something that has no value or service? They lied about the service they provide and would not issue me a refund! SCAM SCAM SCAM disgusting dirty people in this company!

Terrible experience with Dr Galic, who was not nice and literally told me to take my daughter to Walmart for testing and that they could treat. Dr Galic-then why did I just pay to see you? Would not ever use again!

This place is a scam, flat out lies about my assessment and no referral. 2 minute call and no refund issued due to incorrect claim I violated their terms of service. Stay far away from these people and this app. Terrible terrible experience.
