If I could rate it negative stars it would be a -5. Dress was ordered and express shipping was paid for, I reached out when we hadn't received a shipping notification asking for the order to be cancelled and a full refund processed. Mind you this was while the dress was still in "production" and BEFORE it had shipped. They ignored my ask and shipped the dress anyway even though it was after the promised date. Now they are trying to nickel and dime their way out of a refund for the dress that we have no use for now. They do not accept returns even though they state that they do. BEWARE of this place, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!

I ordered the ‘A Line Princess Wedding Dress With Appliques Lace’ for my wedding and all I can say is WOW!! People don’t believe me that I ordered my wedding dress online for less than $250. The quality of the material is top notch; the customer service was exceptional; the dress looked just like the picture. I couldn’t be any happier with this purchase, it far exceeded my expectations. Unfortunately, when we were about to start producing your dress, we found that the fabric originally selected for this dress had run out, and we has also stopped manufacturing this fabric. As a replacement, we have produced a fabric that is of much higher quality. It has an almost identical appearance to the original fabric but features more intricate craftsmanship, thus justifying its higher cost.
We were extremely reluctant to ask for an additional payment from you. However, after careful calculation, we found that the cost of producing this dress with the new fabric far exceeded the selling price. That's why we reached out to you on March 31 to inquire if you would be willing to cover the additional cost. As soon as you declined, we immediately initiated the refund process for you and informed you that you should receive the refund within 3 - 5 business days. Please note that the time it takes for the bank to process the refund is beyond our control. We understand your concerns, and we are closely monitoring the refund progress to ensure that you receive the refund as soon as possible. Also, we kindly request that you refrain from casually labeling us as scammers.
