Your Web page and manual for the G4 Gimbal are very confusing. Out of 5 stars I give your manual one star. The unit only gets one star because Gimbal generated noise is conducted to my Sony action cam microphone thru the mounting. The noise is loud enough to damage any conversation we are recording. Fix the paper work and get rid of the noise & the Gimbal will get 5 stars.

I recently purchased a rare (difficult to obtain) Feiyu gimbal for Sony action CAMs at a very good price and I am extremely please with the service. I ordered the SteadyGim3 and upon receiving it I noticed it was not performing as it should. I contacted the seller and they were easy to work with and replaced the product with a properly working unit. I have had no issues since I received the replacement unit.
