Golden State Warrior rug received was not as pictured. Print was blurry and distorted. Several inconsistencies with the print. Sent pictures and email support center and response had nothing to do with quality of the print. Their response to my complaint was 35% refund and tips on how to remove the wrinkles and fold out of the rug, which was not my issue with the rug. My complaint was never addressed. Utterly disappointed in the quality of print. I would have liked another rug if the print quality could be resolved or a full refund.

The product quality leaves a lot to be desired. It's less a rug and more a mat. When I inquired about a return I was told I would have to pay to ship it back to Vietnam.

I Ordered a Rug with the Panthers old Blue logo which was pictured in the order. They sent me a new logo rug that does NOT work for what it was intended. Now I do not know how to send it back and get the right one!!!!

This "rug" was received yesterday. To give an idea of the quality it actually fit in my mailbox. I would not consider this a "rug" by any reasonable definition. It is a foam rubber pad with a color design printed on it. It is paper thin and does not even seem like it could be vacuumed. The actual picture is not that bad but it is like a foam rubber bath mat, not a woven rug as advertised. It is worth nothing close to the price paid.

I ordered a rug, I got a blanket. I thought I would receive a rug with rug fibers on solid backing, instead a received an image printed on a thick blanket. Like something you would sit on at a beach. Do not order from this website!

A lot of money for two New York yankee rugs 100.00 each for foam with cheap backing. Big disappointment will never order from there again
