Same as all the one star reviews below - Very disappointing for top dollar carpet. Very thin and cheap material and came all wrinkled - emailed for a refund 10 minutes ago - looking at these reviews it looks like I might not be in luck. Wish I read these first - this sucks - Dreamrooma please make this right so I can change this review

The quality of this rug is very cheap! Look’s nothing like the picture!

I was not happy with the rug I received. It looks nothing like the picture on the website and the rug is damaged! I was told the shipping would be so much to return it that I was asked to reconsider!!! Worst business model ever! I’m given a damaged product and told I’m not going to get a refund! How about refund the money so I can throw it away because this should not be resold to anyone!

I am a retiree. I ordered a rug and was disappointed in it. On the sight it said 100% money back guarantee. I sent a note to find out where to send for my refund. I was offered 10% refund. That was not acceptable. Then offered 25%. I want a total refund.

I ordered a rug. What I got was something that’s more like a thick blanket with non skid backing. There is no way this is a rug. I ordered the large size 5x7. I guess if you ordered a bath mat size you could classify it as a mat but it is not a rug. Not to mention it took one month to get here because it ships from china. Did not realize this. Do not buy from this company!!

It took forever to receive; inferior quality is faded, unlike the dark rich cow. It's blue on your website as advertised. It had to be hoax reviews. The worst quality online purchase I have received. I never will order again.
