The headboard I ordered is just as I had hoped it would be - unique and beautiful for the price! However, it took several days before the item actually shipped (which the website does says, but not straightforwardly), and the shipping box was quite damaged when it arrived (rusted staples, the box had a lot of old water damage, it looked like someone gashed the front with a boxcutter). Thankfully, the item appears to be undamaged! Edited to add that the customer service response was excellent. They are following up with the involved parties regarding the condition of the box, and were genuinely interested in hearing how they could improve the website and their services. And, the headboard continues to be beautiful, and my daughter loves it - she calls it her "princess bed".

Beautiful chairs!! I ordered three chairs and one was missing the legs. I contacted customer service and they were quick to respond and resolve this issue. They are sending out new hardware to correct the issue. Overall, I’m very pleased

Exceptional customer service from start to finish, including quick responses to questions even on weekends. From a product point of view, I found their prices to be either on par or better than both stores I visited and other online sites. Great communication about a back-order item I purchased that had delay issues from the overseas manufacture. Great selection of items. Will be a return customer!

I recommend DreamLiving and I would order from them again. Not only did they have the best price, but their customer service is excellent. They kept me updated about the backordered item, and they always responded to my questions in a quick and professional manner. Best of all, they even offered to cancel my order, if I didn't want to wait for the item that got delayed once again by the vendor. Which wasn't even in their control, of course. So yes, I do recommend purchasing from them! (By the way, I decided to wait for my item, and I am glad I did because in the end, it showed up sooner than expected.)
