Great service and help
Great service and help. There was a slight issue with the price shown online and what was actually being charged but it was taken care of in timely manner and i was compensated for the inconvenience. Any and all questions i have given there was a knowledgeable answer for. Very happy thus far with my experience over the phone. Am awaiting the cruise now. Cant wait for that experience

Dear Xavian, Thank you for your note and for expressing your concerns regarding price. Our pricing is provided by our cruise line partners. While our website is updated regularly, in this case, the cruise line increased the fare and the increase was yet to be reflected. Prices are subject to change until deposited. We also offer a best price guarantee to ensure that each customer receives great value each and every time. We are happy that this issue was immediately resolved to your complete satisfaction as customer experience is VERY important to us. Each of our cruise consultants are focused on a GREAT customer experience. It is always our intent to provide a 5-Star experience and hope that you are now satisfied. Thank you, The Dreamlines Team
