Thank you for your feedback. We're truly sorry to hear about your experience — especially since your purchase was not made directly through us. As a reminder, all of our products are available on our official website (www.drdelicacy.com), where pricing, quality, and service are guaranteed. When products are purchased through third parties or resellers, pricing is unfortunately beyond our control. We understand your frustration with the price difference, but as a fellow business, we hope you also recognize the impact of leaving a 1-star review for something we have no control over and when you are not even a customer of ours! Reviews significantly affect small, independent stores like ours — especially when the experience you’re reviewing was not actually with us. Diane Roederer DR DELICACY CEO
