Just want to say that the service was good. It arrived cold packed within a day of the order being shipped. But the product itself I did not like at all. Cooked the truffle same day. I could absolutely not taste it. Served it over pasta fresh. Grated into the pasta and slices on top. I also could not smell it at all. Not sure if this is how summer truffles are supposed to be. But to me it tasted like nothing

I am glad that you enjoyed the service. as far as Summer Truffles you got the best possible product on the market this is just how summer truffles are very light in smell and taste absolutely nothing to compare to Winter Truffle which is one reason they are so affordable. The only way to give them some saveur is by adding truffle juice, truffle cream even some truffle butter or truffle oil that's just the nature of the summer truffle. thank you for your review Diane Roederer
