I am glad that you enjoyed the service. as far as Summer Truffles you got the best possible product on the market this is just how summer truffles are very light in smell and taste absolutely nothing to compare to Winter Truffle which is one reason they are so affordable. The only way to give them some saveur is by adding truffle juice, truffle cream even some truffle butter or truffle oil that's just the nature of the summer truffle. thank you for your review Diane Roederer
