I recently ordered my first products from Dr. Brandt, and I am very impressed. I tried the products and loved them. The Hyaluronic Acid Cream is amazing, and the No More Baggage under-eye cream is excellent. I reached out to customer service because an item was missing from my order, and Katerinne in customer support was fabulous. She got back to me immediately, submitted a request to send the missing item, and even provided me with a coupon for my next order. It was the best customer service I have ever received. Their products and service are truly excellent, and I am very happy with my experience.

I received a response quickly, over a weekend at that, and my question was addressed very much to my satisfaction! I've dealt with some really frustrating customer service lately, and this was a welcome change!

I'm in awe of all these products. They do exactly what they say they will do. Not a loser in the category you choose. My new love is the Wrinkle Release. Goes on smooth and blends right into the skin. FYI...the cap is the white piece on one end. I couldn't figure it out and ended up with a wasted capful of product. Pick one product and you'll be addicted !
