To summarise, I bought their liftetime membership for £300 in the UK as it was being advertised by a company that they are affiliated with in the UK as being very helpful for med school and also collecting CPD points. But they don't have more than half the videos I need for my course. When I asked for a refund after a couple of weeks they said it's non refundable and refused to refund me. I'm really appalled by the customer service. They just scam students. (This happened in Nov 2019)

They promise for cancellation of recurring subscription at anytime and ask subscribers to write to their support. They don't reply and don't follow up with cancellation. Looks like they are fraudulent. People need to be aware of their shady practices.

They start hiting the card with charges and gives no response at support. I will have to visit my bank to do something now. Frustating situation. The site had been useless for me.

Scammed me with $10 offer.

Worst experience ever. Tons of messages to support to cancel my account but still no response. Company of scammers. Boring and useless lectures. There's no need of these lectures if you have Dr. Najeeb. Sends annoying emails like hey, i am drbeen brother of Dr. Najeeb, Come buy me. What nonsense dude?
