I was charged for the products I didn't order, when I called them to cancel the order they refused and was told I have to wait until the order received then return to them in order to get refund. AFTER I called numerous time to requested the refund they tried so many excuses and not to give me the refund. I will fight to the end until I get my money back. THEY ARE THIEVES!

You're mistaking the nutrition and health website draxe.com for the supplement company Ancient Nutrition.

I ordered quite a few products in July because I was going to try Keto. I didn't start until about a month ago. The supplements are the best, but the three containers of Bone Broth Protein are awful. They are vanilla and salted caramel, and sweet tastes should not go into bone broth. So I called and a CS assoc. told me I could send them back and would be refunded for all. A few days later I got an email from someone else who said their warranty was 60 days, and I was out of warranty. I am not happy, that product is disgusting. And I was first told they would and then not. That vile product should never have been sold in the first place. They do not stand behind their products. Shame on them, that is not the way to handle a business.

Had $118 worth of product in my cart. There was a 15% promo stating Storewide 10/12-10/18. Promo wouldn't take. 1 # for support would just hang up. I informed them of this. Other # I told the guy I have a print screen of the promotion & he said it's a website error & only certain products were eligible. None of the products I had were eligible. So I asked for a discount for them to make good on my reason for shopping. He said NO.... Never will I purchase any products from this site.

I was charged for collegian I did not order I called them and they said I would get a refund but instead they took $ 80.67 out of my checking account. I am done with these dishonest people. My bank is working on getting my money back

They keep advertising and advertising and advertising, but can't take care of the customers they have...They sent me an email, telling me how many points I have (I ordered once a year ago from Daystar) then I try to order, and my email is not in their system! So how did it get to my box? I've tried calling, both morning/afternoon and stayed on hold for 30 minutes each time, and then gave up...I'm so glad I never ordered on the repeat purchase basis...I see from these reviews, that people are not only frustrated, but out money or product...And they call themselves Christians...What a sad testimony for our Lord Jesus Christ...I will be writing to Daystar now...

He is deceiving the public to think he is a real doctor, he calls himself Dr.Axe, Instead of Josh Axe, DC. He says he is a DNM, which is a degree you get online, which is doctor of natural medicine (not naturopathic doctor which they go to school for 4 yrs)which you can get by completing certain hours online! He is not a real Naturopathic doctor. Why lie so much. Now I have taken his collagen powder supplement believing in this guy and reacted to the powder but they won’t refund me. I feel conned and he mis represents himself online just like many other Chiropractors-on YouTube. If he is reading this, please come out clean about your credentials. Don’t deceive the public.
