I went online to sign up for a consultation and after reading the reviews. I decide to so a little research in Dr. Axe. And the reviews were not good. So I cancelled my order within 10 minutes of making my appointment. It says if you cancel in 24 hours you can get a refund..I have yet to receive my refund..they sent me a confirmation email saying my consultation had been cancelled. But yet no refund. I have called my ban k to file a dispute. So hopefully they can get my 37.00 dollars back. Especially since I have emailed them and left phone messages still no response from De. Axe. All these people on here scamming people and noone is getting healed..I will not support Dr. Axe. Especially when these remedies that he is selling is not working and they are not answering any calls or emails after they take your money .if after you cancelled with them...

If I could give negative stars, I would. The products cause more harm than good. After taking overpriced products for about a year, my health declined and I had to have a major surgery. Please stay away from this company.

I had went to canadian tire .saw axe car air freshener. Put in my car for 1 day ..it was 35 degrees out so it was hot ..came back to my car and found my axe air freshener on the ground ..not worth the 6 dollars ...the smell was good .but now I can't use ..

Decided to order direct from ancient nutrition rather than from another site. My order from the other site arrived in 2 days. My order from ancient nutrition, placed the exact same day, is mia. Not a word from them. nothing. utter BS!!!!!!!! what a useless "customer service" effort. 4 days and nothing?????? your own site states it "may take 1-2 days to process orders". Great. I am at 4 days!!!!!!! WHY????? NO REPLY FROM THEM AT ALL!!!! Called the customer "experience" number. Talked with rep. He said emails were sent. Yes, I received "hello" emails. I have NOTHING about order. He resent emails with trackg info. Finally, I now know my order shipped. I am to get it 11/15. 8 days after order. Lucky Vitamin got me my order in 2 days. Ill be staying with Lucky from now on.

Promoting unsafe practices like COFFEE ENEMAS and flushing your body by drinking more fluids than your body can safely process in 24 hours (144 ounces *minimum*)?!! It's not safe for most people to drink 100+ oz of water a day due to hyponatremia. I got kicked out of community college and I fricking know this. THIS GUY IS DANGEROUS. QUACKERY AT BEST.

Customer service is horrible. Suppose to be 60 day return, but do not honor. Bought about 10 items and they did nothing for me. Bought because they give 60 day return, that is such a lie. If you go to their site they have 5 stars, so much fraud with this company. Have to throw product trash. Horrible flavor. Crooks, fraud, claim to be christains, talk a good line. Told customer service about 60 day refund and never offered. Which is worst product or customer service?? Would not buy product if half price, this is a scam!!!!! If you have any questions try to get your money back or hunt for hours as I did to find a place to write a review.

I cannot get refund back for collagen products I purchased. Highly allergic to products. Buyer be warned. Never will I buy from them again. I bet they block my review.
