The Cellular Health Regeneration Program has taught me that my reformed eating habits will continue to reward my body with good health and renewed energy. I have received such an in depth education about my body's performance and lack of, due to what I ingest and how I care for it physically, mentally and emotionally. I have had access to support in all these areas and ample time to have my questions answered by Dr. Axe himself. I feel that the entire staff has gone over and above to educate me, guide me in the direction of my personal health goals and made my recovery effort successful.

In June I purchased the CHR program in hopes to lose weight and heal my thyroid. I have also dealt with Adrenal Fatigue for 3 years! 5 months later I am 15 pounds lighter, TSH levels are normal, my energy level is high and my brain fog is gone, not to mention my gut has healed from 3 years of chronic diarrhea, my practitioner was with me throughout my ups and downs and she never gave up on me! I am grateful that I was able to participate in the detox and AIP diet. Yes it was a bit pricey but it was well worth it. I never had an issue going through the detox and I absolutely loved the AIP diet. Luckily I dropped over 15 lbs. My P.A was incredibly nice and again I’m grateful that I got to speak to her often. The articles on draxe.com have been resourceful for me for years. I have used so many of Dr. Axe's archives, which are written by different experts. I also watch his videos on YouTube. As a result, I have been able to lose weight on purpose by following much of the advice. I have also dodged seasonal flus or shortened my bouts with illnesses making tea-tonic recipes from the information I have gathered from him. I have found over the years that the holistic remedies he writes about are not a one-time trial or trial for a temporary period of time. Most vitamins, minerals, herbs, and supplements don't work like that. I've learned longevity and find the site incredibly encouraging when I read and re-read or re-watch the information offered.
